When I teach, I coach karate. I always give my everything and I want everybody to have the best expirience ever. You are welcome to visit and join my karate classes at my dojo in Åhus. I also love travel and teach at other dojos. Meeting other karate people and sharing the expirience. Or maybe you would like to advance faster and have some private sessions with me. Often in the summertime my students will expirience karate in nature. It can be near the sea or somewere in the forest. It´s all about connecting with nature and find the strenght with in you.
